My passions are my skills
I obviously have a passion for graphic design and i love to be a geek about it.
I always want my work to be perfect and I love when I have learned somethings new in the process.
I love to be creative and let my surroundings inspire me - it is so much fun to think out side the box and make creative solutions with well thought out concepts.
Danish is my mother tongue, my german is quite good and my english is not bad either.
In junior business college, I had some spanish and in China I picked up a little Chinese, nothing to brag about though.
My plan is however to learn spanish and Chinese.
I know my way around in Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
I'm also familiar with Aftereffects, Flash, Muse, Bridge etc.
Otherwise im very quick at picking up how programs work (I'm also logical minded), I love to learn!
At the two design schools I have been studying, I have learned a lot.
I have learned about and how to use; marketing and branding, visualizing, forms and colors, strategic design, typography, layout and art direction,
art history, photography, campaign development and how to aim at, ...and hit a specific target group, commercials, corporate identity, editorial design,
cover design, packaging design, web design, motion graphics, social media, authoring, print production, paper, painting techniques, drawing,
tinkering with all sorts of materials in a variety of ways, to produce with Adobes applications, pre production etc.
I have been working as a cocktail waitress for 3 years while studying - I'm very outgoing, helpfull and really good with difficult costumers ;-).
What my job otherwise have taught me is, to have a good endurance and a good energy, to work late hours/during the night and to work as a team.
I have travelled quite a bit and lived in different places, which has thought me to be very open minded, not being judgemental - so I get along with most people.
I also worked as a ski instructor for half a year in Austria, where I had to learn children, in the age of 2-5, how to ski - my patient is enormous!
My time in Germany has thought me to be very independent and diligent.
While my time at Skolen for Visuel Kommunikation has thought me to work with tight deadlines - but still to enjoy my life.
Every thing which is worth doing, is worth doing great, reflects the way I do most things.
What makes me happy
.. Is to go running and to stay fit, I have a great self disciplin so I go no matter the time or the weather.
.. Is good food, to try out new dishes and occasionally drink beers with good friends, having a good time!
.. Is to live abroad, to explore and see new places. - A happy mind is a creative mind!
